During my last trip to Mayo, Envoy engineers installed new listening programs to address the interference noise glitch that had previously prevented the device from operating optimally. I’m now in the process of testing these new programs to ensure they function as intended. This was a huge bug. This fix is a true game-changer.
So far, so good on the fix. The interference noise has been all but eliminated. This fix allows the device’s gain to be increased. Previously, the glitch prevented me from hearing soft, wispy sounds and sometimes S’s. Those are coming in loud and clear now. Also, with the ability to increase gain, there is an increase in volume and proximity range. Both were previously limited by the bug.
I was also given a new remote control. I’m liking this one much better. The interface is more modernized.
